Notice of Annual Meeting

Sunday, April 14, 2024, at 4:00 p.m.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Regular Annual Meeting of the General Membership of The Canyon Club Inc. (the “Annual Meeting”) will be held in the large meeting room at the Canyon Club, 20456 Laguna Canyon Rd, Laguna Beach, CA  92651 on Sunday, April 14, 2024, at 4:00 p.m.

The Agenda of the Annual Meeting will be as follows:

1. Annual State of the Club Report by the Chair
2. Any proper matter presented to the General Membership for consideration

At the conclusion of the Annual Meeting, the incoming Executive Committee will be seated for the 2024-2025 term of the Board of Directors.
